KIMBERLY EATON

Kim brings over 40 years of experience in real estate investments, marketing, and negotiation skills to Ocean Roads Realty. She has vast experience as a Partner/Senior Vice President of an International Internet company, specializing in advertising, design, and marketing within the marine and luxury industries. Kim believes that client service is key to a successful relationship and she remains involved throughout each step of all transactions. Kim is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Accounting and she is a longtime resident of Narragansett and owns and manages her own investment property in Rhode Island with experience managing property in Florida also. One of Kim’s favorite challenges is a multi-family rehab as she gets personally involved in the management, job costing and renovations. Kim is PSA certified (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and has worked in Commercial Real Estate for several years. Kim brings her love of real estate, her understanding of the Rhode Island market and her dedication to assist homeowners and small businesses in finding and securing the home or location of their dreams.
